How to Customize List Views Using Show and Hide Columns in Invent ERP

Follow these steps to personalize your screens, simplify data views, and improve productivity by displaying only the information relevant to you.

1. Access Column Visibility

You can customize the view of any list (such as customers, invoices, or contacts) to suit your workflow:

  • Navigate to the top right corner of the list view.
  • Click the Column Visibility icon.
  • A dropdown list will appear, displaying all available columns that you can add or remove from your view.

2. Customizing Your View

  • Toggle Switches: Use the toggle switch next to each column name to show or hide specific data points based on your needs.
  • Show All: If you want to view every available data point, click the Show All button.
  • Hide All: To clear your view and start from scratch, click the Hide All button.

3. Switching Views

  • In modules like CRM, the default view may be set to "Card View." To utilize the show/hide column feature, switch to List View by clicking the list icon located in the top right corner.
  • Once in List View, you can access the Column Visibility icon to manage your displayed data, including any custom fields you have created.
